Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts & MIS Executive to handle day-to-day accounting entries, financial reporting, and logistics data management. The role also involves preparing MIS reports, cash over-short reports, GST reports, and logistics reports to support efficient decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain day-to-day accounting entries in the system. Prepare MIS reports for financial and operational analysis. Generate logistics reports for shipment tracking and cost analysis. Prepare cash over-short reports to monitor discrepancies. Assist in GST report preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Support in reconciliation of accounts, vendor payments, and financial reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data. Maintain proper documentation and assist with audits when required. Who Can Apply? Education: B.Com graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply). Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and financial reporting. Tools: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (Tally/Zoho preferred). Work Environment: Work form Office (5 days a week) Why Join Us? Our focus is on offering unique and high-quality Himalayan products to a global audience. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive based in Delhi-NCR. We are looking for someone who can make the customer feel heard, understand their requirements and solve their queries. Honesty, Integrity and good communication skills are essential for this role. Tasks include handling customer inquiries through online support channels (whatsapp, email and phone calls) , resolving shipping issues and order management and providing detailed product information to customers. The role also involves monitoring and following up on customer feedback to ensure a pleasant experience which results in Customer loyalty over time. Reports directly to Founders of My Pahadi Dukan. Qualifications Minimum 1 year Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service Skills in Online Support Strong focus on Customer Happiness Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely with high integrity and honesty Experience with e-commerce websites based on Shopify is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Ability to anticipate & prevent, rather than just react & resolve Working hours: 10am to 6pm - Monday to Saturday (Hybrid)
