About EarKART

EarKART is a fast‑growing hearing care and audiology platform focused on building an integrated omni‑channel presence across clinics, institutions, defense, and direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) channels. As part of our next growth phase, we are setting up a dedicated E‑commerce & Online Sales Division from scratch.

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial candidates to join us as E‑Commerce Lead who would be responsible for building, scaling, and owning the complete online sales vertical at EarKART. This is a zero‑to‑one role, requiring end‑to‑end ownership of platform setup, marketplace onboarding, team building, revenue growth, and P&L management.

The ideal candidate must have a prior experience selling any one among - electronic healthcare devices, medical devices, hearing aids, diagnostic equipment, or consumer health electronics directly to end users through online channels.



Key Responsibilities

1. E‑Commerce Setup & Strategy (0→1 Build)

  • Design and execute EarKART’s overall E‑commerce & D2C strategy.
  • Set up online sales infrastructure from scratch including platforms, logistics, payments, and customer support.
  • Define product assortment, pricing strategy, and online positioning for healthcare & electronic products.

2. Marketplace & Platform Onboarding

  • Get EarKART listed and scaled on Indian marketplaces: Amazon India, Flipkart, Tata Neu, Reliance Digital, Nykaa Health, etc.
  • Explore and execute listings on global platforms where applicable (Amazon Global, B2B marketplaces, cross‑border platforms).
  • Manage seller accounts, catalog onboarding, compliance, ratings, and reviews.

3. Online Sales Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Drive revenue growth via marketplace sales, D2C website, and digital channels.
  • Work closely with marketing teams on performance marketing, SEO, content, and conversion optimization.
  • Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, AOV, and repeat purchase metrics.

4. Team Building & Leadership

  • Build the e‑commerce team from scratch including operations, catalogue, performance marketing, customer support, and analytics.
  • Define roles, KPIs, SOPs, and performance metrics.
  • Lead and mentor the team to scale efficiently.

5. P&L Ownership

  • Own complete P&L for the Online Sales Division.
  • Manage margins, discounts, logistics costs, platform fees, and marketing spends.
  • Drive profitability while scaling revenue.

6. Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, medical device, and e‑commerce regulations.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams.
  • Handle returns, warranties, and after‑sales support workflows.



 Candidate Profile

Must‑Have Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in E‑commerce / Online Sales.
  • Proven experience in selling electronic healthcare devices, medical devices, hearing aids, diagnostic equipment, or consumer health electronics directly to end customers.
  • Hands‑on experience managing Amazon / Flipkart / D2C platforms.
  • Experience setting up or scaling an online business from an early stage.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace economics and digital sales funnels.

Preference would be given to candidates who have

  • Experience with regulated or prescription‑adjacent healthcare products.
  • Exposure to international e‑commerce or cross‑border selling.
  • Prior startup or scale‑up experience.
