Description
1. Marketplace Strategy s Management Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Moglix, Indiamart etc.), focusing on sales optimization, pricing, and product positioning. Analyze marketplace data to identify high-potential products, emerging trends, andareas for improvement. 2. D2C Growth & Digital Marketing Lead the D2C strategy, managing the brands e-commerce website and onlinestore, ensuring a frictionless user experience. Drive performance marketing efforts (Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, and affiliatemarketing) to maximize traffic 3. Operational Excellence Oversee e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, logistics,and inventory management. Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and collaborate with operations teams tostreamline end-to-end processes. 4. P&L Ownership s Performance Analysis Own the e-commerce PCL, setting sales targets, forecasting demand, and trackingfinancial performance. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, with actionable insightsand strategic recommendations. 5. Technology s Platform Optimization Work with product and tech teams to enhance website performance, includingpage speed, checkout process, and mobile optimization. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align messaging, promotions, and service standards across all digital touchpoints. Work closely with the customer service head to align post-purchase experienceswith e-commerce objectives. Apply proven frameworks for scaling brands from 1-10 or 10-100, implementingstrategies to rapidly increase market share and customer base. Leverage data to refine pricing strategies, identify product gaps, and uncoveruntapped revenue streams.
