Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across marketplaces and our own D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and driving digital sales performance through effective backend management and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.) and the D2C website.

• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer communication for all online channels.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and returns.

• Monitor and analyse online sales performance, campaign outcomes, and platform analytics to suggest improvements.

• Work closely with the marketing team for content uploads, promotions, and digital campaigns.

• Track and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

• Maintain accurate reports on stock, sales, cancellations, and returns.

• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for website updates, ad creatives, and customer experience improvements.

• Identify opportunities for visibility enhancement, keyword optimisation, and product ranking improvements.



Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands.

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify/WooCommerce (D2C platforms), etc.

• Proficiency in Excel and data handling for reporting and analysis.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Detail-orientated with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
