Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Specialist located in New Delhi. The Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to research and development, analytical skills, project management, and product development to create innovative food products. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with R&D and marketing on new products Manage vendors for packaging, ingredients, and raw materials Drive trials, testing, and cost-effective sourcing Analyze market trends and gather customer feedback Ensure timely execution from idea to shelf What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field FMCG experience (3+ years) Strong vendor and project management skills Cost-focused, detail-oriented, and driven by innovation Why Us?
