Role Description This is a full-time Business Operations Executive role at MagikCook's location in New Delhi. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Operations Executive to work directly with the Founder. This role combines sales operations, distribution support, and product development coordination. Ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in scaling a high-growth FMCG food brand. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day business operations in the North India region (starting with Delhi NCR) Assist in distributor appointments, sales tracking, stock dispatches, and collections Liaise with sales executives, modern trade teams, and field force for daily follow-ups Track and support product development projects across various categories Maintain performance dashboards, field reports, and vendor documentation Prepare presentations, proposals, and action reports for internal reviews Support founder in hiring, follow-ups, and operational escalations Key Requirements: MBA (preferred) with 2–4 years of experience in FMCG/consumer goods Strong execution and coordination skills; attention to detail is a must Prior exposure to sales operations, distribution, or product lifecycle management Excellent communication in Hindi and English (verbal + written) Proficient in Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools High ownership mindset; able to work independently in a fast-paced setup Why Join Us: Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects Opportunity to grow into a regional or product head role Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong learning exposure Be part of building a disruptive food brand from the ground up Show more Show less
