Job Description

Take ownership of schedules, briefs, asset libraries, approvals and vendor coordination so the team can focus on creative work. Track design trends, tools and competitor activity, then distil takeaways into short inspiration and guidance notes. Produce proposal decks and marketing collateral ready for use. Keep university partnerships, hiring operations and brand activation on track.


Core Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between visual design and operations. Own schedules, briefs, asset libraries, approvals and workflow.
  • Produce proposal presentations and marketing collateral from senior inputs. Maintain credential decks and templates.
  • Research design trends, tools and competitor activity. Turn findings into concise inspiration notes and simple trackers.
  • Coordinate university partnerships for profiles, registrations, documentation and placements.
  • Run hiring operations. Coordinate attraction, schedule interviews, support screenings and hand over to hiring leads.
  • Coordinate vendors such as agencies, printers, photographers and event partners. Manage quotes, POs and delivery.
  • Organise webinars and trade show schedules. Manage invites, calendars, materials and post event notes.
  • Maintain tidy records and version control. Keep data compliance, project, asset and inventory logs. Support overseas shipments where relevant.


Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication with confident stakeholder handling.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • PowerPoint and Word for structured decks and documents.
  • Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning, lookups, pivot tables and simple charts.
  • Curious, methodical research with clean source logs.
  • Event coordination across webinars, trade shows and campus visits.
  • Good data hygiene and GDPR awareness.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research notes and first draft emails.
  • Vendor coordination with basic budgeting or PO tracking.
