Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Run day to day operations and own the shared calendar.
  • Coordinate with universities for profiles, events, talks, documentation and placements.
  • Organise trade show schedules, demos and invite lists; manage post-event follow up.
  • Maintain project, asset and inventory logs; oversee overseas shipments where relevant.
  • Build internal dashboards on competitors, pricing, products, campaigns, funding calls; track trends across journals, search and trade press.
  • Prepare decks, documents and trackers in PowerPoint, Word and Excel; 
  • Use AI tools for research and drafting.
  • Identify and advance collaboration opportunities with institutes, vendors and partners.
  • Attract and schedule candidates; manage screenings and handovers to hiring leads.

Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder handling.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Excel or Sheets for lookups, pivots, charts and basic automation; tidy slides.
  • Comfortable with AI tools, Google Trends and simple RSS or newsletter curation.
  • Research and fact checking with clean citation habits and version control.
  • Event coordination across webinars and trade shows.
  • Basic CRM discipline and data hygiene; discretion with sensitive data.
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop can be an advantage.
