Key Responsibilities Create engaging visual content for websites, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, presentations, and social media. Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual executions that maintain consistency and reinforce brand identity. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, marketers, and developers to bring creative ideas to life. Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries. Work on layouts, typography, colour theory, iconography, and imagery to support user journeys and brand messaging. Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance insights. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure modern, effective visual output. Requirements Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch. Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and colour. A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital interfaces and marketing assets. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Working knowledge of softwares like Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro will be a plus Desirable Skills Experience designing for web and mobile applications. Knowledge of digital production processes. Motion design skills or experience working with animation/video is a plus. Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
