Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Meesho, and own website.
Handle daily online sales operations, including order processing, dispatch coordination, and tracking deliveries.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount offers, and marketing strategies to boost online visibility and sales.
Monitor platform analytics, competitor pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and shipment.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, returns, and customer feedback.
Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all e-commerce channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales handling.
Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce management tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
