Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant Experience: 5 - 10 Years Location: Hybrid (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata) Job Type: Fulltime with Ambiment Private Limited Job Summary: We are seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse, design, and implement supply chain solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business transformation Responsibilities: Work with client team to understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users. Assist with system configuration and customization to meet business needs. Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Monitor system performance and resolve any issues. Document configurations, customizations, and technical specifications. Assist in project management tasks related to Dynamics 365 SCM modules Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements Flexible to work as per client time zones (Australia, Europe, US) Qualifications: 5-12 years of experience working in Supply Chain Management modules of D365 or/and AX versions MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/ Information Technology, or a related field Ideal candidates will have domain experience and Cross Industry knowledge in the Manufacturing, Distribution sectors. Strong relevant industry background is desirable. Good to have End to End ERP Operations/implementations experience in functional roles in the operations and support domain. Good to have some knowledge of service management tools like Azure DevOps, JiRA etc. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and presentation skills and working with US/UK/Australia clients is an advantage. Project management experience is a plus Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is an advantage Skills: Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM implementation and/or support Experience across - Product Information Management, Order Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Inventory Costing, Production Control, Quality Management, MRP, Advance Warehouse Management Data mapping and migration Additional customization for new process Support in integration process User training and support Show more Show less
