Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at the Taj, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage budgets and resources to optimize performance.
Foster strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.
Monitor and address guest complaints promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in managing budgets and resources.
