About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and guest-focused Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in reputed hotels and strong familiarity with the Goa hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all operational departments during the assigned shift (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, etc.).
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and handle VIP and special guest arrangements.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate with department heads for seamless operations.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, and brand standards throughout the property.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key operational updates to management.
• Support staff training, motivation, and adherence to hotel SOPs.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance during duty hours.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Duty Manager in a reputed 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Goa hotel experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest relation skills.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations and PMS systems.
• Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
