Duty Manager

Role Overview: As a Front Office Duty Manager at our hotel in Jaipur, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the front office department. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing the front office during your shift, ensuring proper staffing and coverage. - Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, requests, and concerns. - Managing the check-in and check-out process, including room assignments, billing, and key handling. - Supervising front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, bellboys, and night auditors. - Providing training and guidance to front office staff to ensure adherence to hotel policies and excellent customer service. - Acting as the point of contact for emergency situations and implementing established procedures. - Managing room reservations, ensuring accurate booking information and optimizing room availability. - Resolving any issues, conflicts, or guest complaints that may arise during your shift. - Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property through the enforcement of security protocols. - Performing administrative duties such as record-keeping, email management, and phone call handling. - Ensuring that front office operations comply with hotel policies, local regulations, and industry standards. - Coordinating with other hotel departments to address guest needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Hotel Management and/or relevant education preferred. - Pleasing personality and good communication skills. - Computer dexterity with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT). - Prior relevant hospitality experience in the position being applied for. - Must be open to joining at any of the AM Hotel Kollection locations (AM Hotel Kollection is now at 11 locations and growing).,
