Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Kolkata. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent high-quality service. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, overseeing the dining area, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
