Asst. Restaurant Manager

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Support staff scheduling, duty rosters, and shift management to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle customer feedback and complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, service, and bar teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating staff to improve performance and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs to support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed as per company standards.
• Support implementation of promotions, events, and special offers in the restaurant.
• Maintain daily reports related to sales, staffing, customer feedback, and operations.
• Step in as acting Restaurant Manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
