Job Description

Job Summary:

Support restaurant operations, ensure quality service, and assist in managing staff and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily restaurant operations and service flow
  • Supervise service staff and ensure service standards
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Support staff training, scheduling, and performance
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
  • Monitor billing, cash handling, and inventory
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance

Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service & communication
  • Team leadership and coordination
  • Knowledge of F&B operations
  • Problem-solving and multitasking

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
  • Relevant restaurant experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
