Present hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics to clients or internal leadership. 9. Employer Branding (Optional but Valuable) Help promote the clients brand via social media, job fairs, and campaigns. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 10. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and HR teams. Coordinate with third-party vendors or staffing partners if needed.
