BDM for Domestic Staffing

Experience : 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
:
Identify, target, and onboard new clients seeking domestic staffing solutions.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met consistently.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Market Expansion
:
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's footprint in the domestic staffing market.
Proactively research competitors and industry dynamics to create strategies for increasing market share.
Sales & Business Development
:
Achieve sales targets by generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Coordination
:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, recruitment, and operations) to ensure smooth placement and client servicing.
Client Servicing & Retention
:
Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Reporting & Documentation
:
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and new business opportunities to senior management.
