* Responsible for developing sales in the India market for staffing Industry.
* Identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers through cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and follow up appointments.
* Plans strategies for IT Staffing so as to win business from New as well as existing customers.
* Provide accurate and detailed forecast on weekly/ monthly funnel of identified and proposed customers in order to meet or exceed sales requirements.
* Learn and develop further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the companies competency that align with the companies vision.
* Proactive go-getter in nature and willingness to build individual sales pipeline through prospecting.
