Looking for an Account Manager/ TA Manager who can join immediately and is willing to work from office at Madhapur, Hyderabad. Someone who has worked for IT product and Service companies. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identifying and engaging with potential candidates to meet client needs. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Recruitment Management: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Business Development: Identifying and growing new business opportunities with existing and new clients. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on key account metrics and forecasting growth. Client Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Team Management: Manage a team of recruiters and be accountable for their targets. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building rapport with clients and candidates. Organizational Skills: To manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: For creating reports, managing data, and collaborating with teams. Understanding of Staffing and Recruitment Processes: Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Sales and Negotiation Skills: To close deals and negotiate terms with clients and candidates. Analytical Skills: To analyze client needs, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. Experience in Staffing or Recruitment: Preferred, particularly in Domestic IT Staffing.
