Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter/ Lead Recruiter

About the Role:

Advent Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at the Bengaluru office. The role requires a motivated professional with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment who can manage sourcing, client interaction, team leadership, escalation resolution, offer management, and revenue generation. Candidates must be ready to join immediately and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing, screening, client discussions, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure recruitment deliverables are met.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters while managing escalations and driving operational excellence.
• Achieve and drive revenue generation targets from both individual contributions and team efforts.
• Oversee background verification processes ensuring compliance and timely closure.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, and Workday for effective candidate and workflow management.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to secure high-quality technical talent in competitive markets.

Candidate Profile:

• 5 to 10 years of stable and relevant experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven client-facing abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a recruitment team, handling escalations, and achieving revenue goals.
• Hands-on expertise with Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or Workday is mandatory.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Available to start immediately.

Work Environment:

• This position is full Work From Office at our Basvangudi, Bengaluru location.
• Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
