Job Title: Software Development Engineer Location: Hyderabad seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to design and develop application software for our cutting-edge molecular pathology systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VC++, Python, or Java, and experience working with Windows and Linux OS platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with various sensors, motors, and communication protocols, along with knowledge of software development life cycles. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop application software using VC++, Java, or Python. Develop and implement software for Windows/Linux platforms. Work with sensors, motors, and communication protocols such as USB and Ethernet. Develop and integrate databases like MS Access, Mango DB, etc. Design and develop web services, UI components using CSS, JavaScript, and PyScript. Utilize version control management tools for software development. Create test procedures, develop test cases, and generate test reports. Identify, analyze, and resolve software bugs efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical and electrical engineers To ensure seamless integration. Follow the software development lifecycle and best practices. Engage in full-cycle software development projects. Required Qualifications & Skills: ï‚· B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. ï‚· Strong programming experience in VC++, Python, or Java. ï‚· Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. ï‚· Experience in developing software applications in automotive, medical, industrial automation, or a robotic domain is an advantage. ï‚· Knowledge of product development methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile processes. ï‚· Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git, SVN, etc. ï‚· Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. ï‚· Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Experience: ï‚· 5-10 years of experience in software design and development. ï‚· Experience in developing embedded or application software for medical devices is a plus. ï‚· Prior experience in working with molecular pathology systems or diagnostic devices is desirable.
