Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Maintain a candidate database and track the progress of each recruitment effort.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a non-IT sector.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
High degree of professionalism and reliability.
