Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
3–6 years of proven experience as a
Technical Recruiter
in IT staffing/consulting.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
Experience in both permanent and contract hiring is preferred.
