Pen Picture -

Domain Expert with 8+ years of experience in any one of the following areas: HRMS, Finance & Accounts, Sales & Marketing, or Materials Management

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business users to understand processes and requirements within the chosen domain (HRMS / FA / SM / MM).
Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements aligned with best practices.
Document requirements, functional flows, and business rules.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
Support configuration of workflows, rules, and system parameters related to the specific domain.
Participate in design discussions to ensure solutions align with industry standards and organizational policies.
Support implementation of new modules, enhancements, or system upgrades in the chosen domain.
Validate system outputs, test business scenarios, and coordinate UAT activities.
Troubleshoot domain-specific issues and work with technical teams for timely resolution.
Work closely with developers, database teams, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
Provide domain expertise during review meetings, planning workshops, and deployment stages.
Prepare user guides, SOPs, process documents, and training material.
Conduct training sessions for end-users or new teams as needed.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system enhancements.
Stay updated with statutory changes, compliance needs, and evolving best practices in the chosen domain.

Required Skills :

Domain Expertise (any one of the following):

HRMS
– Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance, Statutory Compliance
Finance & Accounts (FA)
– GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Budgeting, Audit
Sales & Marketing (SM)
– Lead Management, CRM, Campaigns, Sales Tracking, Invoicing
Materials Management (MM)
– Procurement, Inventory, Vendor Management, GRN, Purchase Cycle

Technical & System Skills

Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/custom ERPs).
Ability to create functional specifications, process maps, and validation scenarios.
Basic SQL knowledge for data checks (preferred).
