The company offers a variety of digital financial and e-retail services, including cash deposit, Aadhaar-led withdrawals, mini ATM services, bill payments, recharge, money transfers, and more through its highly-rated Spice Money Adhikari App and web portal. Covering 95% of rural pin codes in India, Spice Money serves over 10 crore households, aiming to provide much-needed financial services to remote rural communities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager located in Durg. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the assigned district. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring targets are met. The role involves coordinating with the network of Spice Money Adhikaris to drive revenue growth, providing training and support to enhance their performance, and fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
Strong team management and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
Proficiency in using sales management software
Understanding of rural markets and the digital financial services sector
Willingness to work on-site in Durg
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
