Spice Money, India’s leading rural fintech platform, is looking for a Senior Copywriter to drive our voice across digital touchpoints—from WhatsApp to app flows, referral campaigns to reward banners. This role demands a bilingual writer (Hindi + English) who understands rural and semi-urban audiences , and knows what “relatable” really means in Bharat. Your words will power actions, build habits, and bring Bharat closer to digital finance. 🔧 Responsibilities Develop & maintain brand voice across Spice Money & Spice Pay Write for app UX, CRM, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app banners & social media Script explainers & short-form videos tailored for Bharat Own GTM messaging for features like QR Pay, Rewards, BillPay Collaborate with Product, Growth & Design for performance-led copy Manage content libraries, copy hooks & feedback for junior writers ✅ What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of digital writing experience, especially in B2C, fintech, or app-first brands Comfort writing in both English & Hindi (bonus if familiar with Tier 2/3 tonality) Experience with performance creatives, CRM content, & product copy Strong scripting chops—video, onboarding flows, referrals Hands-on, fast-paced, collaborative mindset 🎯 Success = You’ve nailed it if: Your copy drives CTRs, opens, conversions across platforms UX flows become intuitive and emotionally resonant Campaigns sound local, simple & effective You build playbooks others want to steal Learn more about us: www.spicemoney.com Show more Show less
