Spice Pay, our UPI and PPI wallet platform, is built for the digitally aspiring rural consumer and merchant. From Scan & Pay to mobile recharges and cashbacks, it is the financial app for Bharat—designed for both self-serve and assisted usage. In this context, storytelling becomes crucial. And that’s where the creative charter comes in. About the Role: As the Senior Creative Manager, you will lead the creative expression of both Spice Money and Spice Pay across digital platforms—bringing to life campaigns that are rooted in Bharat, simplified in language, and powerful in impact. You will own end-to-end creative development for performance marketing, product GTMs, in-app journeys, social media content, and vernacular videos—partnering closely with the digital marketing, product, and growth teams. This is both a hands-on and strategic role: you will lead junior designers and content creators, while rolling up your sleeves to conceptualize and deliver campaigns that scale in trust, activation, and recall. Responsibilities: Lead creative strategy, concept development, and execution across digital marketing, product launches, and user engagement campaigns Own brand storytelling and visual language across Meta, Google, YouTube, ShareChat, Play Store, CRM, WhatsApp, and in-app assets Translate briefs into high-quality creative outputs including static designs, videos, gifs, carousels, banners, and explainer flows Develop regionalized and vernacular creative frameworks to reach Bharat users across Tier 2/3/4 Oversee production calendars and work allocation for junior creative managers, designers, and freelancers Ensure every campaign carries a unified visual identity while respecting platform-specific nuances Collaborate with Growth, CRM, and Video teams to embed creatives into lifecycle journeys and rewards programs Maintain a central repository of all brand assets, visual playbooks, and campaign kits Partner with external creators or agencies when needed to meet scale or specialization needs Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in digital-first creative roles across consumer apps, agencies, or digital-first startups Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Canva, and motion tools for video storytelling Strong copy + design sense; ability to work with content writers, editors, and video producers to bring stories to life Understanding of performance marketing creative principles—what works for ROI vs what works for branding Experience creating for vernacular and regional audiences—especially video-first platforms Campaign planning, creative QA, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams Bonus: Experience designing for product-led platforms or growth-oriented fintechs What Success Looks Like in this role: Rapid delivery of high-quality creatives for every digital channel—on brief, on time Consistent visual identity across 50+ campaigns/month spanning product, CRM, and brand content 3–5 vernacular campaigns produced every month with regional nuance and high engagement Seamless integration of creative work into marketing experiments and feature launches Positive feedback loop from field teams and users on simplicity, clarity, and resonance of campaigns Clear uplift in CTRs, engagement, and brand recall metrics on performance and video campaigns If Interested, apply via LinkedIn or drop your resume at amaan.khan@spicemoney.com Show more Show less
