Role Overview As Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing , you will be the execution engine behind our digital campaigns across Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Play Store, and internal CRM tools. You’ll be coordinating closely with the growth, creative, tech, and business teams to bring every campaign live—on time, every time. This is a role for someone who thrives on process discipline , operational excellence , and multi-team coordination . What You’ll Do Execute and track digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, and internal platforms Coordinate with growth, product, and business teams to build targeting inputs and campaign briefs Maintain campaign MIS dashboards, trackers, and asset libraries Liaise with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets (videos, banners, copy) Manage content uploads across Play Store, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Troubleshoot execution delays across internal and external teams Support digital campaign workflows for self-serve and assisted user journeys What You’ll Need 2–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing operations or campaign execution Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CMS tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Netcore) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a meticulous eye for detail Project management skills to coordinate across functions and ensure deadline compliance Experience in performance tracking and digital content management Success in This Role Means 100% on-time campaign launches Zero execution delays due to asset or process issues Full traceability via updated MIS and campaign documentation Becoming the go-to executor for digital marketing operations in a fast-moving rural GTM setup If you believe that execution is where real growth begins , and you're ready to help us bring Bharat into the digital mainstream—apply now or drop your profile to amaan.khan@spicemoney.com
