• Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  graphic design team

  , ensuring timely delivery of all creative projects.
• Conceptualize and execute high-quality

  brand visuals, campaign graphics, product creatives, packaging, and UI assets

• Develop and maintain

  brand guidelines

  , ensuring consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to create impactful creatives for

  ads, social media, website banners, Amazon listings, and campaigns

• Oversee creative direction for

  photoshoots, lifestyle images, GIFs, and video assets

• Review, refine, and approve final designs before release.
• Analyze competitor designs and market trends to produce innovative, modern visual concepts.
• Work on

  fast-paced campaigns

• Manage workflows, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient utilization of team resources.

• Required Skills

• Expertise in

  Adobe Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) & Blender
• Strong knowledge of

  UI/UX principles

  for web & app design
• Experience in

  e-commerce design

  , including product listings, infographics, and A+ content
• Understanding of

  video editing / motion graphics

  (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
• Strong typography, layout, and color sense
• Ability to guide junior designers and provide clear feedback
