Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a District Sales Manager. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, leading and managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets within their assigned region. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and providing effective solutions to meet client needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing market performance, and collaborating closely with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in team leadership, performance management, and training sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing or agricultural industry is a plus.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales management.

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated professional to manage and lead sales operations in the rural belt betweenJaipur and Tonk, Rajasthan. The District Sales Manager will lead a team of field executives, drive growth in assigned villages, and ensure smooth functioning of company outlets. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience inAgri-inputs, Rural Sales, Veterinary, FMCG or Dairy.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide field sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and sales of cattle feed products for the company.
  • Manage company outlets, including stock levels, replenishment, and reporting.
  • Develop strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and rural stakeholders.
  • Organize farmer awareness meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Promote Company's brand (Rohini) products through local events, campaigns, and networking.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends and sales performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (Agri or Business background preferred).
  • 12 years of field sales experience

    in cattle feed, veterinary, agri-inputs, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with rural audiences.
  • Good knowledge of villages between Jaipur and Tonk.
  • Must own a two-wheeler or personal vehicle.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary:

    ?40,000 ?80,000
