The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries, optimal route planning, and effective communication with drivers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery of goods or services. Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners to monitor shipments. Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, delivery schedules, and transportation records. Resolve delivery or scheduling issues in a timely and effective manner. Communicate delivery status updates to internal teams and clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of dispatch and delivery details for reporting purposes. Optimize routing and load management to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Liaise with customers to confirm delivery requirements and address any concerns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
