Area Sales Manager - Architectural Coatings

As an Area Sales Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within the architectural powder coating and aluminium faade solutions sector. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our client base by identifying and onboarding new clients such as builders, architects, contractors, aluminium fabricators, and faade consultants. You will also be in charge of managing project sales and channel/dealer sales across your assigned territories. Your role will involve promoting our powder coating services and architectural surface solutions, as well as specifying our products in new projects through meetings with decision-makers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts will be essential, and you will work closely with production and CRM teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects. Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends will be part of your responsibilities, along with preparing and delivering technical/commercial proposals and presentations to potential clients. Meeting individual and regional sales targets is a key performance indicator for this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in handling large projects and corporate clients is highly desirable. Technical knowledge of aluminium systems, coatings, facades, or UPVC would be advantageous. You must be comfortable with fieldwork and regular client visits and possess CRM and report handling skills. A self-driven, responsible, and team-oriented attitude is essential for success in this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
