The role includes monitoring equipment, adjusting controls, conducting chemical dosing, and maintaining operational logs. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor ETP machinery including pumps, valves, blowers, clarifiers, filters, and sludge handling equipment. Monitor and adjust chemical dosing (e.g., coagulants, flocculants, pH adjusters) based on influent characteristics. Conduct regular water sampling and testing (e.g., pH, TSS, COD, BOD) to ensure compliance with environmental standards. Maintain accurate records of plant operations, chemical usage, and effluent discharge parameters. Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
