Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for timely and accurate dispatch of goods, ensuring proper documentation, coordination with transporters, and adherence to company procedures. The role plays a critical part in maintaining supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales orders
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of materials
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as:
• Invoice
• Delivery Challan
• E-way Bill
• LR / Transport documents
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for order fulfillment
• Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and logistics vendors
• Track dispatched consignments and ensure timely delivery
• Update dispatch details in ERP / Excel / logistics software
• Handle shortages, damages, or dispatch discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements
• Maintain proper dispatch records and filing
• Support stock reconciliation and inventory audits when required

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Zoho / Bizom – preferred)
• Good documentation and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches under tight timelines
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
