Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Assignment: Assigning work orders, service calls, or deliveries to appropriate personnel or vehicles.
Communication: Serving as the link between field staff, supervisors, and customers, relaying instructions and updates.
Route Optimization: Developing efficient routes and monitoring vehicle locations using GPS to ensure timeliness.
Problem Solving: Responding to urgent requests, resolving delays, and handling conflicts or crises.
Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed logs of calls, movements, services, and data entry.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
