Ideal candidates should have a background in a similar industry to be considered for this role. Key Technical Competencies required for the position include: - Strong Market Knowledge - Proficiency in Delegation - Excellent Communication Skills - Prior experience in the frozen foods and sea foods sector, with a proven track record in managing General Traders, Modern Traders, and E-Commerce platforms. The primary responsibilities of this role include: - Managing relationships with General Traders, Modern Traders, and Distributors - Facilitating the launch of new stores - Ensuring timely delivery of products - Driving sales growth and meeting targets - Collaborating with the Accounts department for processing sales orders and invoices - Monitoring and reporting on competitors" activities This is a Full-time, Permanent position with the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Provident Fund The work schedule is during Day shifts, with additional bonuses based on performance including: - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus The work location for this role is Remote.
