Job Description: Facilitate coordination among sales representatives, clients, and internal departments such as logistics, finance, and warehousing. Respond to incoming sales inquiries and provide timely assistance. Manage relationships with channel partners to ensure smooth collaboration and sales performance. Proactively engage with new clients, architects, and consultants to introduce company products and services. Prepare quotations and conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and pricing data. Monitor sales targets and compile performance metrics for reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to products, pricing, availability, and order status. Address and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the sales and service departments. Support account managers in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Notify sales and procurement teams of low inventory levels or potential delivery delays. Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review. Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve customer concerns related to defective or damaged products. Job Description: Responsible for generating revenue and achieving revenue target by leading (West India) Market. Minimum 5 Years of working experience in Project and technical sales with architect/builder/Interior Designer & Distributor. Meeting Builders, Architects, Structural Consultants and PMCs to introduce INPRO. Developing new distributors in west region. Accountability for P&L in West India; drive growth and increase customer loyalty. Plan, locate and establish contacts in new markets. Ability to negotiate with Contractors, Developers. Handling Sales Enquiries from enquiry generation to order closure. Sending marketing collateral like brochures samples to the prospective clients architects and PMCs. Creation of a strong network with architects / interior Designers / consultants / builders Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Vendor Registration with Government Authorities. CRM management. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
