Searce's Decision Intelligence leader accountable for DI strategic hiring & revenue growth; Responsible for client engagement & thought leadership to modernize business with process consulting & Decision Intelligence solutions advisory.

You are a revenue-owning, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver (fds) leading Data, Decision Science and Cloud-powered transformation from the first principles.


This isn't a "manage the portfolio" role. You are the founder & the architect to strategize as well as execute transformative client business outcomes centered on data-informed decision-making as an AI-native engineering-led modern tech consultancy.

  • Own DI Growth with a Founder's Mindset:

    Own the Decision Intelligence Revenue and Profitability: Forecast, chase, and deliver the DI BU's revenue and gross margin targets for your region.
  • Architect and Execute DI GTM Strategy:

    Design, own, and execute a region-specific Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy focused purely on Decision Intelligence, Modern Data/BI Platforms, and Advanced Analytics that earns client trust and achieves market leadership.
  • Forge Strategic DI Alliances:

    Establish deep, meaningful partnerships with Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and specialized ISVs/AI platforms essential for modern data ingestion, modeling, visualization, and real-time intelligence solutions.
  • Consult & Solve as the DI Authority:

    Serve as the "face of Searce's Decision Intelligence" in CXO conversations, industry forums, and roundtables, shaping the narrative around data literacy, self-service BI, and insight-driven business action.
  • Architect Intelligent Outcomes:

    Own the DI Solution Architecture: Lead the design and technical viability of innovative Decision Intelligence and BI platforms, ensuring they translate complex data engineering outputs into clear, high-adoption business action.
  • Apply the 'evlos' Methodology to Data:

    Use our proprietary evlos methodology to iterate fast and fearlessly on data models, visualizations, and BI platform features, driving adoption and performance improvements.
  • Serve as the Chief Data Translator:

    Act as the critical bridge between a client's biggest business challenges and our most intelligent, AI-powered analytics and real-time BI solutions.
  • Deliver Working Outcomes:

    Replace "nice slides on data strategy" with "pleasant surprises for clients" via working, real-time dashboards, actionable insights, and self-service analytics capabilities that drive demonstrable value.
  • Lead the DI Practice by Example & Impact, Not Control:

    DRI for DI Client Outcomes: You are the Directly Responsible Individual for the intelligent, impactful, and high-adoption outcomes delivered by the Decision Intelligence practice.
  • Model Extreme Ownership in Data:

    Model extreme ownership over data quality, platform performance, and user adoption, maintaining radical clarity and calm in chaos within complex data projects.

    Proven ability to architect, sell, and grow an analytics/BI services practice, consistently delivering $XM+ in net-new Decision Intelligence/Data Analytics revenue YoY.
  • Deep Business-to-Data Translation:

    Exceptional listening and diagnostic skills to quickly pivot client business challenges (e.g., poor forecasting, customer churn) into precise DI use-cases, data requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Experience & Relevance


  • Consulting Pedigree:

    12+ years of experience in business technology and outcome consulting, specifically in modern Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and real-time intelligence modernization journeys on new-age tech stacks (Cloud Data Platforms) with a business process-to-insight mindset.
  • Background in Delivery:

    Hands-on credibility and practical insight to lead with impact. Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical delivery of major data, BI, and self-service analytics platforms.
  • Commercial Leadership:

    Proven track record of building and scaling net-new Decision Intelligence services business, focusing on driving adoption and action, not just farming existing reporting accounts.
  • Client-Facing Tech Acumen:

    8+ years of experience in a client-facing technical pre-sales or solutions architecting role, acting as the trusted technical advisor in the domain of data, analytics, and decision enablement.
  • Locally Tuned:

    Deep familiarity with the regional landscape of key clients, data ecosystem partners, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and specialized Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) relevant to data analytics and BI to ensure immediate effectiveness.
