The PM Lead will lead a teamresponsible for supporting the planning and executing a variety of project typesincluding but not limited to the following: interior fit-outs, facility-related capitalimprovements, site improvements, and new complex ground-up construction projects. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
15+ years of direct experience as a real estate project managementleaderMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution,preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.Advanced degrees appreciated.Proactive thinker and leaderExperience Leading Others Within a Corporate Environment
Passion for simplifying complex situations/data, and ability to convey astreamlined and convincing recommendation to the In-country businessStrong working knowledge of architectural drawings and constructionmethodsHighly organized with strong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with executive-level externaland internal In-country business, as well as external team members(architects, contractors, In-country business’s representatives, etc.)Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively andefficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, submittals,and change ordersPrevious experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring andevaluating talent at various levels within the organization or teamAbility to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing andprospective In-country businessWorking knowledge financial reporting, budgeting, & scheduling as theyrelate to real estate projectsAbility to lead individuals across a national platform to deliver superiorresults to In-country business serviceWorking understanding of capital plan creation and managementTravel expectations: 10-20%Desired Attributes:LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP certificationsMaster's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management)Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma)Experience working in a global organization with multicultural teamsKnowledge of Six Sigma and project management methodologiesJLL PDS experienceExperience working across multiple geographies, preferably globalExperience managing contracts and delivering projects in a Principalcapacity
