Director - Project Management

You will be responsible for defining program management strategy and providing direction for execution in alignment with the program objectives. Your key responsibilities will include driving program implementation, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth management of all programs. You will also be tasked with managing program budget, operations, and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management. Additionally, you will need to focus on relationship management with concerned stakeholders to provide the necessary synergy for alignment with program delivery. This may involve working closely with other technical advisors, CTO, CIO in customer organizations, and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution. Furthermore, you will be expected to establish, track, and review KPIs/Metrics and manage key Program Partners/Stakeholders" interest of multiple programs. Your role will also involve developing a strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
