ASSOCIATE GENERAL MANAGER Noida 7-12 Years INDIA Job Description (Posting). Network Lead/Manager (L4/L3): The NW Manager is responsible for the provision of a sustainable, reliable, effective, low-risk NW environment, allowing the business to operate confidently and efficiently, must deliver high quality, customer focused service capability and performance that is aligned to business expectation of service levels, compliance and risk. This must be achieved in a cost-effective manner balancing cost versus best practice and risk.Responsible for the coordination and execution of all aspects of NW services including Leading of service, administration, life-cycle and asset management, support, issue, vendor management and change management, capacity planning, security, business continuity, processes and documentation, strategy and Team Growth and Development. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to engage with customer business to both take up and integrate new technology tools deployed into their everyday working habits.Requirement Summary Must have experience in SD-WAN (Vitela) Design and migrations Must have experience on below Network and Security technologieso Cisco Viptela, vEdge, vSmart and vManage with ISR, ASR routers o 7+ years of esperience in Design, implementation and migration of large scale Networko Cisco Nexus 9k, 7k, 5K, catalyst switches Cisco Routers vEdge, ASR, ISR G1/G2o 5+ years of experience in Wireless LAN, Riverbed for WAN optimization implementation and Designo Strong experience in F5, ZScaler, Firewalls etc. Hands on experience various technologies such as WAN and Routing technologies like OMP, TLOC, BGP, OSPF, ISIS etc Familiar with Python or Ansible based DevNet style deployment and design Firewall policies, Data Security and compliance, intrusion and threat prevention Wireless LAN controllers, site survey, 802.11ac Switching technologies like RSTP, LACP, OTV, FEX etc L4-L7 optimization and security devices Excellent customer Handling and communication skillsRole and Responsibilities Network and Security specialist with strong experience in supporting and administrating enterprise Network infrastructure in various SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, WAN technologies Should have sound administrative experience on cisco Nexus Viptela, Witreless Controllers, access Points, MPLS Routers Experience on TCP/IP, OTV, DCI, LACP, IPSec, STP, MST, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF and various other network protocols. Experience on F5, Citrix NetScaler s L4-L7 devices, PaloAlto NextGen firewalls, CyberArch PAM and SIEM products Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions anti-virus software, intrusion detection, HIPS, content filtering to include File Integrity Monitoring and Data Loss Prevention Cisco ISE for NAC and identity management and Radius and TACACS server. Candidate with good troubleshooting in analyzing and isolating issues related to LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall, VPN, WAN optimization. Experience on Geo/server load balancing, WAN optimization, VPN, firewall and QoS is a plus. A good team player can assist other team member in achieving team s goal together and can assist other tracks as well in speedy resolution incident and problems. Strong experience with troubleshooting using protocol analyzers, complete understanding of Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing concepts Should have ability to maintain network performance and capacity issues and can advise customer in various service improvement plan. Good Knowledge of network documentation including network diagrams, configurations templates, SOP, technical presentations, capacity and uptime reports as required.
