ANALYST Chennai 0-2.5 Years INDIA Job Description (Posting). Perform regular internal and external vulnerability scans using tools such as Nessus.\\r\\n Analyze scan results and work with IT and application teams to remediate vulnerabilities.\\r\\n Maintain a vulnerability management dashboard and ensure timely patching or mitigation of high-risk issues.\\r\\n Track and report on vulnerability remediation progress and metrics.\\r\\n Assist in the development and implementation of vulnerability management policies and procedures.\\r\\n Maintain an inventory of all SSL/TLS certificates across environments.\\r\\n Monitor certificate expiration dates and ensure timely renewals and replacements.\\r\\n Support deployment and configuration of SSL certificates on web servers, application servers, and other endpoints.\\r\\n Stay informed on industry best practices related to encryption protocols and certificate standards.\\r\\n (1.) To clearly understand the client's security environment & respective products; and, troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (2.) To monitor client cybersecurty environment and analyse the identified real-time cybersecurity events/alerts through various tools. (3.) To analyse cybersecurity incidents and help the L2 team with RCA/data or logs collection (4.) To maintain SOPs, runbooks and documents for effective knowledge management (5.) To prepare daily/weekly/monthly security analyses and reports to highlight the project progress/challenges and ensure quality and accuracy. (6.)
