Role Overview

build and run the product delivery engine

• Own full delivery outcomes for all client engagements - scope, timelines, quality, and margins.
• Build scalable delivery systems and processes that support

  product-led deployments.

• Manage cross-functional teams and drive execution at high speed.
• Guide clients through both

  implementation

  and

  product adoption

  , including tracking product metrics, understanding usage patterns, and closing the feedback loop with Product.
• Influence how our product evolves by being the connective tissue between what clients need and what the product team builds.

This is a builder role. You will shape how enterprise XR delivery works at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Delivery End-to-End

• Own outcomes for every deployment - scope, timelines, quality, budgets, NPS.
• Run delivery across various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Drive clarity with clients and internal teams from day one.

2. Product-Led Client Engagement

• Act as the executive sponsor for accounts, balancing delivery excellence with product adoption.
• Track product usage metrics and capture product gaps, feature requests, and UX pain points.
• Channel structured feedback and insights from the industry and clients to the Product team.

3. Team Coordination & Leadership

• Lead and manage the Project Manager layer; set expectations, KPIs, and growth paths.
• Provide functional leadership for adjacent teams such as Art, Learning Experience Design and Tech.
• Drive resource planning, priorities and timelines across teams.

4. Architect Processes & Systems (1->10)

• Design delivery playbooks that actually get used - implement repeatable SOPs, QA gates, acceptance criteria, and review cycles.
• Ensure product-led delivery using internal tools and adapt processes for efficiency as the org scales.

5. Planning, resourcing & utilization

• Run central capacity planning across PMs, IDs, Dev, QA, and Art
• Own project portfolio visibility - dashboards for status, risks, blockers, and forecasted milestones.

6. Alignment with leadership

• Work with CPO to ensure delivery feeds structured feedback into the product roadmap
• Work with CTO on release planning, SDK gaps, bugs, and technical risks affecting delivery.
• Work with CBO on renewals and scaleups, bring in proof of value from delivery.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 7–15 years in

  technical delivery, product delivery, or cross-functional operations in startups or deep-tech environments

  .
• Experience working with engineering + design + creative teams simultaneously.
• Comfortable reasoning about technical constraints - Unity build pipelines, VR hardware, SDK integration, QA, 3D designs.
• Strong process design capability - turn chaotic reality into a clear, repeatable system.
• High analytical and financial acumen - understands margins, effort estimates, pricing implications.
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills at all levels - from blue collar workers to CXOs.

Great to Have

• Experience with XR technologies (VR/AR), game engines (Unity/ Unreal), or 3D pipelines.
• Exposure to

  product-driven SaaS / platforms

  where services are built on top of a core product.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS implementation.
