Job Description

As the Director Admissions at our university, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the end-to-end admissions process. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, evaluate, and enroll a diverse, talented, and high-quality student body in alignment with the institution's vision and goals. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing and upholding the university's brand value in a highly competitive higher education landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and regularly update admission policies and procedures to ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. - Oversee application evaluation processes to ensure fairness, accuracy, and efficiency in candidate assessment and selection. - Strategize and implement innovative marketing and digital campaigns to strengthen the university's visibility, reputation, and brand equity at national and international levels. - Plan and execute structured outreach programs such as school and college visits, career fairs, counseling sessions, and engagement workshops to build strong pipelines of prospective students. - Work closely with academic departments to align admission criteria with program objectives and build strong relationships with feeder schools, colleges, counselors, and other key stakeholders. - Analyze enrollment trends and demographic data to evaluate recruitment strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to university leadership. - Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team to ensure seamless operations, a superior applicant experience, and adherence to diversity, equity, and inclusion values. - Stay updated with emerging best practices, admissions technologies, and market dynamics to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness in the admissions process. Required Qualifications & Experience: - At least 10 years of experience in university admissions or a closely related domain with expertise in leading large-scale admission operations and strategies. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams. - Proficiency in admissions technology platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics for enrollment management. - Deep understanding of higher education trends, student recruitment practices, outreach methodologies, and aligning admissions with institutional brand building. - Proven track record of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in student recruitment and enrollment.,
