Key Requirements:

As a Director in our FRM team, you will:

• Lead and manage large-scale risk transformation programs across credit risk , market risk, and regulatory compliance
• Basel Regulations: Performed Basel III Reforms divergence analysis across BCBS, PRA and US FED regulations
• ICAAP optimization: Involved in optimization of ICAAP process, including end-to-end documentation of the current process, creating process flow diagrams, performing gap analysis and providing recommendations for reducing overall time for reporting
• Regulatory Report automation: Worked on automation of regulatory reports for a large Indian bank, involved in understanding current process, documenting detailed BRD, and providing transformation logic to onboard the reports to a strategic platform
• Lead regulatory change initiatives including Basel III/IV, ICAAP, RRP, APRA, PRA, FINMA, and RBI compliance
• Capital reporting: Supported quarterly capital reporting for APRA for a major Australian Bank which involved QoQ validation of PD, LGD, EAD numbers and preparation of various returns
• Drive client engagement from proposal development to delivery, including scope definition, stakeholder management, and business adoption
• Manage engagement economics including budgeting, resource planning, and profitability tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• 12–15+ years of experience in financial risk management, either in consulting or the BFSI sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience in managing P&L and delivering on revenue and margin targets
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and quantitative skills, including risk modeling and scenario analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO-level interactions

Qualifications:

• CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional certifications
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields
• Additional certifications in risk management or data analytics are a plus
