Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking an innovative and experienced Facilities Management professional to lead our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for our India cluster portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine traditional IFM expertise with a forward-thinking approach to leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data analytics, and sustainable practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive IFM strategies aligned with the Client's overall objectives Manage campuses type of portfolio across Hyderabad locations Lead and mentor a team of facilities management professionals Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, transport and events for employee engagement Implement best practices in IFM to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency Technology and Innovation: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and advanced technologies in facilities management processes Implement smart building solutions to optimize energy usage, space utilization, and maintenance schedules Leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and predictive maintenance Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce the environmental impact of our facilities Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations Drive initiatives to achieve green building certifications and improve energy efficiency Employee Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with HR and other departments to create workplace environments that foster productivity, wellbeing, and satisfaction Implement and manage systems for gathering and acting on employee feedback regarding facilities Ensure that workplace design and amenities align with evolving employee needs and expectations Data-Driven Management: Establish robust data collection and analysis processes across all IFM operations Utilize data insights to optimize space utilization, energy consumption, and resource allocation Develop data-driven reporting mechanisms for senior management Vendor Management: Manage relationships with service providers and contractors Negotiate and oversee service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery Implement performance-based contracts that incentivize innovation and efficiency Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage the IFM budget for the portfolio Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Technology or related field Minimum 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of emerging technologies in IFM, including AI, IoT, and data analytics Proven track record in implementing sustainable practices in large-scale facilities Experience with smart building technologies and their integration into IFM operations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Certifications such as CFM, FMP, or LEED AP are highly desirable The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can balance traditional IFM responsibilities with innovative approaches to create future-ready, sustainable, and employee-centric workplaces.
