Qualifications

● 12-15 years experience in marketing analytics roles, with 5+ years in a SaaS B2B
environment● Mastery of data analytics, digital marketing KPIs, performance tracking, andstatistical modeling (market mix, attribution, regression).● Proven leadership in managing analytics teams and collaborating acrossfunctions (sales, product, engineering).● Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, R, and modern MarTech/BI platforms. Strong communicator able to influence C-suite and cross-functional teams.● Experience implementing AI/ML in marketing analytics is a plus.● Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and proactive innovator with a growthmindset.
