Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging digital marketing sessions, enhancing the course curriculum, and keeping it updated with the latest industry trends. You will be instrumental in ensuring a top-notch learning experience for our students, supporting them throughout their educational journey, and contributing to the growth and quality of our digital marketing courses. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery & Development Conduct structured sessions across digital marketing domains including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile Marketing, ORM, and Website Development. Regularly update instructional materials in line with evolving industry trends and technological tools. Customize content and delivery methods to cater to diverse learner segments—students, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Introduce learners to course structures, assessment criteria, LMS platforms, and academic resources. Employ real-world case studies, interactive activities, and project-based learning to strengthen conceptual understanding. Refine teaching methodologies based on feedback and performance metrics. Academic Planning & Faculty Coordination Handle end-to-end academic operations and LMS management. Plan and manage course schedules across batches to ensure seamless delivery. Coordinate with visiting and internal faculty for module alignment and training delivery. Maintain faculty allocation and updated academic records. Examination & Academic Assessment Manage the internal and external examination calendar in alignment with institutional guidelines. Coordinate timely preparation and submission of question papers as per academic and examination requirements. Ensure prompt evaluation, score compilation, and declaration of results. Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and assessment outcomes, ensuring fairness and adherence to academic standards. Program Quality & Batch Performance Monitor batch performance using key indicators such as CSAT and NPS. Analyze learner feedback to implement batch-specific academic interventions. Career Preparedness & Student Support Conduct structured career readiness sessions on résumé and portfolio development, aptitude training, guesstimates, and interview preparation. Facilitate mock interviews and provide individualized feedback on communication, presentation skills, and personal branding. Guide students in understanding industry expectations, recruitment processes, and job market dynamics. Offer academic counseling and one-on-one mentorship to address learning challenges, enhance soft skills, and support career planning and goal setting. Industry Engagement & Co-Curricular Activities Plan and execute masterclasses, guest lectures, and industry-led sessions to foster practical exposure and professional insights. Organize co-curricular activities such as webinars, competitions, hackathons, and panel discussions to enhance academic learning. Coordinate extracurricular events to promote student engagement and holistic development. Collaborate with industry professionals and internal stakeholders to strengthen academic-industry integration and learning outcomes. Outreach & Institutional Promotion Represent IIDE at college events and academic forums to promote digital marketing education and career opportunities. Maintain professional rapport with college SPOCs to ensure smooth coordination, program delivery, and operational efficiency. Operational Readiness Ensure the availability and functionality of classroom infrastructure, LMS access, and digital tools. Address academic or behavioral concerns in coordination with relevant departments. Requirements Must-Have 3-5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, preferably within an educational setting. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct sessions confidently. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to punctuality. Patience and empathy to cater to diverse learning needs. A genuine passion for teaching and digital marketing. Should-Have Experience in customizing course content to meet audience requirements. Skill in developing and evaluating educational tools like MCQs and assessments. Knowledge across various digital marketing domains such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, AdWords, and more. Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively. Nice-to-Have Experience in delivering presentations or pitches in an academic context. Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing. Experience working with a diverse range of students. Education: Any graduate or postgraduate degree, with no specific specialization required. Requirements Who You Are: Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in student-facing or customer service roles. Preferred age range: 32-40 years. Proven leadership experience in ed-tech or student-centric environments. Successful track record of managing teams of 10-15 individuals. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a vibrant and optimistic mindset. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and ensure an exceptional student experience. Should Have: Experience in implementing process efficiencies and automation in educational settings. Familiarity with student retention strategies and academic event management. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience in digital marketing education or related fields. Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
